Sister Fran Bangert Receives Volunteer Award
 With more than 150 nominations of dedicated volunteers in Brown County, Sister Fran Bangert received the Schneider National Foundation Leadership Award at the WPS Volunteer Awards Breakfast. Sister Fran is serving as the director of Wellspring – A Place of Peace for Women in Green Bay. She has been the “hub of the wheel” of volunteers who make this special place of hospitality available for women in need. At Wellspring, women receive the support, self-esteem, and skills they need to move forward and create better lives for themselves and their families.
