Our Leadership Team

Sr. Paulette Hupfauf, Sr. Madonna Swintkoske and Sr. Ann Rehrauer

Sister Ann Rehrauer
A DePere native and graduate of St. Norbert College, our Community President, Sister Ann Rehrauer has been involved with issues facing the Church throughout the United States and the world while working for five years at the Secretariat for Liturgy at the National Conference of Catholic Bishops in Washington D.C. She has also worked in the Green Bay Diocesan Liturgical Office and Chancery. Her experience includes work as Diocesan Chancellor and Tribunal Judge. Sister Ann began her career as a teacher and principal at area Catholic grade schools. She has served three earlier terms on our Community’s leadership.

In addition to her work in community leadership, Sister Ann is an instructor in the Green Bay Diocese’ Commissioned Ministry program, and is currently completing her Doctoral thesis in Canon law through the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C.

Sister Paulette Hupfauf
Sr. Paulette Hupfauf, First Vice President is a native of Darboy, a graduate of St. Norbert College, and has earned Master of Arts Degrees from both Loyola University and Brown University. She served five previous terms in the Community’s Leadership, and was Director of Pastoral Care at St. Vincent and St. Mary’s Hospitals. As an educator, Sr. Hupfauf was Principal at Holy Angels Grade School in Darboy and Holy Family School in Marinette; she taught math at Abbot Pennings High School and was a grade-school teacher at local Catholic schools.

Sister Paulette also serves as our Personnel Director,  is chair of the Temporalities Committee, and serves on the Community’s Land Ethic committee.  She continues to apply her pastoral training as a Chaplain for patients and families at St. Vincent Hospital.

Sister Madonna Swintkoske

Sr. Madonna Swintkoske, Second Vice President, is a native of Kewanee, WI.  She is a graduate of St. Norbert College and has earned a Masters in Administration from Notre Dame, a Masters in Math from the University of Detroit and a Master of Pastoral Studies from Loyola University of Chicago.

Sr. Madonna served the parishes of the Green Bay Diocese as a teacher and principal before serving the Community as Assistant Treasurer and two terms in Community Leadership.  After completion of her pastoral studies degree she took on the new challenges of pastoral associate in a local parish and of Formation Director for the Community.  Currently she serves in pastoral services at a local hospital, a position she will continue on a limited basis while serving on the Leadership Team.
