The four-wing building provides a residence for 35 Sisters, offices for administrative staff, and space for all the Sisters and Associates to gather.

The statue of St. Francis was moved from the former Motherhouse to the center of the circular driveway of the new Motherhouse.

This view allows you to see the two wings of bedrooms with the chapel windows in the center.

Inside and outside the building mosaics created by artist Kathryn Schnabel portray St. Francis’ Canticle of the Creation.  Here you see “Praised be you my Lord…for Sister Water in the background.

Outside the chapel the symbol of life-giving water is visible in the small bubbling pond.

Trees and wildflowers enhance the outdoor beauty of the Motherhouse on all sides.

A walking path with boardwalks over marshy areas provides a place of prayer and refreshment.

Pat Del Ponte, our Land Planner and friend, has provided the bluebirds we hope to see with good homes.

Two ponds protect the wetlands, hold silt from the bay, and add so much beauty.

A large welcoming space greets our visitors as they enter our home.

In the gathering space outside the chapel, mosaics created by Kathryn Schnabel holds the Holy Water.

Beyond the lobby, the heritage room holds treasures from our Crosier founder, Fr. Edward Daems.

A visiting parlor near the gathering space welcomes our guests.

Stained glass windows from the former chapel grace the gathering space, heritage room, parlor and reconciliation room.

Sisters enjoy their bright and feminine dining room with a view of the outdoors.

The Sisters' chapel is simple, beautiful and prayerful.

The Community room invites one to sit and visit awhile.

Sisters' second floor reading room has a view of the much loved bay.

Sister Marie Therese Kintziger looks over the books available in our new library.

We are settled in our new Motherhouse.  Sister Rose Jochmann is enjoying her new treasurer’s office.

Sisters enjoy a large patio outside the Community room and dining room.

The land waits for spring of 2007 when it will be our vegetable garden.  Currently we continue to use the garden at the former Motherhouse.

Look closely and you will see the trees that will produce future fruit for us.  For now we protect them from Brother and Sister Deer.

Sisters can spend outdoor time on two second floor porches.

Sisters' bedrooms include a private bath and windows low enough for enjoying the view.
